Pranavom Constructions Private Limited is located at Ooramana Olickal House. We are based in Muvattupuzha, which is part of Ernakulam. The house serves as our main base for all the construction work we take on. It’s a typical local business where things can get a bit chaotic during the peak season. We have piles of bricks and sand delivered to sites all over Muvattupuzha. Most of our crew has been with us for a long time, so we don't have to explain much to each other anymore. We just get to work. The office at Olickal House is where we handle the bills and the planning. It’s not a shiny corporate office, just a room with some tables and a lot of maps. We do a lot of residential work, but we also take on smaller commercial jobs if they’re nearby. Being in Ernakulam means there’s always something happening, but we try to keep our focus on the immediate tasks. We don't promise things we can't do. If a job is going to take three months, we say it’ll take three months. We’ve found that being straightforward about the work is the best way to avoid headaches later on. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordinating with different suppliers, but we’re used to the pace by now. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job for the neighbors.
