PINEWOOD VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re based in the Oyasis Tower over in Nadakkavu, specifically at 68/1540 D. Pinewood Ventures Private Limited has been operating from here for a bit now. It’s a good spot in Kozhikode. We do a bit of everything when it comes to business ventures and projects. The office is usually busy, with people coming in and out. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks and some filing cabinets that are probably too full. We don’t really like the whole corporate vibe, so we keep things pretty informal here. You might find us in shirts and jeans just trying to figure out the next step for a project. The Chakkorathkulam area is pretty active, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. No hidden agendas or complicated talk. If something can be done, we say so, and if it can't, we’re honest about that too. It saves everyone a lot of time. We’ve built up some good relationships in the city over the years. It’s just a group of us who wanted to run our own thing and see where it goes. We’re not trying to change the world, just trying to do a good job and keep the business running smoothly in this part of Kerala. Most days we are just happy to get through the to-do list and see some progress on the things we have started. It is a simple goal but it keeps us busy enough.
