Olikunnel Constructions Private Limited

We’ve been over at Santhi Complex on Muvattupuzha Road for a while now. Most people just know us as Olikunnel. It’s a construction business, which basically means we spend our days dealing with cement, bricks, and paperwork. It’s not always pretty. Sometimes the weather doesn't help, and things get delayed, but we try to stay on top of the projects we take on. The office is at Vi/788. It’s nothing fancy, just a place where we keep the tools and talk to people about their building plans. We have a small team here. Some of the guys have been doing this for years, so they know their way around a site. We don’t do big TV ads or anything like that. Word usually gets around by itself. Most of our work is local. You might see our trucks out on the road occasionally. Building stuff takes a lot of patience. There’s always something that needs fixing or a supplier who is running late. That's just how it goes in this industry. We don't try to make it sound more exciting than it is. It's hard work, dusty, and usually pretty loud. But at the end of the day, there is a house or a wall standing where there wasn't one before. If you’re looking for us, we’re right there in the complex.
