Nextsquare Developers Llp is located over in the Mangad area, specifically at Thavarakunnummel House here in Kozhikode. We’ve been around this part of Kerala for a bit now, just doing the regular work that comes with being a developer. It’s mostly about showing up at sites, talking to the guys who do the actual digging and building, and making sure the materials arrive when they’re supposed to. Sometimes the rain in Kerala makes everything a mess, especially when we’re trying to move dirt around in Kozhikode, but we just deal with it as it comes. The office at our house in Mangad isn’t anything fancy. It’s where we keep the files and have some tea while we plan out the next week. We don’t have a big team of people in suits. It’s just us and some local workers we know well. People around here know where to find us if they have questions about a piece of land or a small building project.
