Our office for NEUSSO ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is on the first floor of the St John Center in Pallinada. Being in Ernakulam, we are right in the middle of a lot of development. We are an engineering firm, but we aren't the type to sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of us are more comfortable in our work gear than in suits. We handle a lot of different engineering problems, from the simple stuff to the more complicated structural issues. The office is usually a bit of a mess with parts, tools, and thick manuals everywhere. We don't really care about having a polished look because that’s not what our clients are looking for. They just want someone who can solve a problem when something breaks or when a new project starts. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the local regulations and how things are done here in Kerala. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, especially when we are trying to finalize a design or fix a mistake on a site. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. We don’t make promises we can’t keep just to get a contract. It’s a straightforward way of working, and it seems to suit us just fine. We just take it one project at a time and focus on the details. No big mission statements, just engineering solutions that actually work.
