We started NEOM BUILDING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in Vazhakulam because it’s where we live and we saw enough people needing help with their houses. Our office is at No. 5/31/K on the ground floor, so it’s easy enough to find if you’re looking for us. We don’t have a flashy setup with glass walls and big screens, just some desks and our plans pinned up. Most of the time, we are out in Ernakulam checking on the different sites we have going on. Building things is messy work and there is always something going wrong, like a truck getting stuck or some materials showing up late. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to act like a big corporate firm; it’s just a few of us making sure the foundations are poured right and the walls go up straight. The weather here in Ernakulam can be a real pain with all the rain, so we spend a lot of time checking the forecasts. We do a lot of different building work, but we keep it simple. If someone needs a wall built or a whole house put together, we’re the ones doing the actual coordination. People around here know us and just stop by the ground floor office to chat about what they need. We keep a pot of tea going and just talk through the work that needs to be done. It’s honest and it keeps us busy.
