Myrithika Homes Private Limited

Myrithika Homes is run out of Mullaparambil House in Karanakodam. We’ve been at this address, 45/1234, for a while now. Thammanam is a busy part of Ernakulam, and our office reflects that. It’s usually full of people coming and going, samples of tiles lying around, and plenty of empty tea cups. We aren't a high-end corporate firm. We’re just local people who decided to build homes. We know that building a house is a big deal for anyone, so we try not to overcomplicate things. We don't have a slick marketing department or a fancy website. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or heard about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of time arguing over the best way to lay out a kitchen or where to put the windows. It’s a lot of practical decisions that don't always have an easy answer. The office is where we hash all that out. We’ve had some long days and some stressful moments when the supply chain gets messed up, but that’s just life in construction. We try to stay grounded and focus on the bricks and mortar. We aren't trying to be flashy. We just want to make sure that when we hand over the keys, the person moving in is happy with the walls around them. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning till night.
