The atmosphere is relaxed. We don’t wear ties or follow some strict corporate handbook. If the work gets done, everyone is happy. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and the neighbors know us. Sometimes the mailman gets confused by the lane numbers, but we eventually get our letters. We focus on the practical side of things. There’s no need to make it more complicated than it is. We keep our records in order and try to stay on top of the schedule. If you walked in, you’d probably see a couple of us drinking tea and staring at a laptop screen. It’s just how we operate.
