Mip Developers Private Limited

We are Mip Developers Private Limited. Our office is over on Kadavanthra-Road in Ernakulam, right there in the White House building in the Kaloor area. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We've been doing building work and property projects for a while now. Most days you'll find us at the desk or out at various sites checking on how things are coming along. It's not always easy work, dealing with all the permits and the weather around Ernakulam, but we keep at it. We just try to get the jobs done right and keep things moving. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when you're actually working. We are local people and we know the area well. If you are looking for us, we are at Xxxvii/137C. It's easy enough to find if you know the road. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that, just a regular place where we get our planning done. We started this because we wanted to stay busy in the construction field. It's steady work and it keeps the team occupied. We usually have a few different things going on at once. It’s just us here, trying to make a living and building things that people can actually use. Nothing more to it than that really. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings and try to do okay with what we have.
