You can find Middleman Projects over on P C Cross Road in East Ponnurunni. We are up on the second floor of building number 48/1870 A1. Vyttila is a very crowded spot these days, so getting to the office can take a minute depending on the traffic near the P.O. We’ve been in this space for a while now, and it works for us. It’s a basic office setup with enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for when folks drop in to talk about their work. We don't do much in the way of decoration. There are some old maps on the wall and plenty of files stacked up on the shelves in the corner. Being in Kochi means everything moves a bit faster, but we try to keep our heads down and focus on what needs doing. The name "Middleman" came about because we often find ourselves stuck right in the center of everything, coordinating between different people and making sure things don't fall apart during the building phase. It’s not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time looking at schedules on the computer. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the A1 block. We are usually there from morning until late evening, unless we are out at a site. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things organized.
