Meticulous Builds Private Limited

Our office is located in Tower 2 of the DD Golden Gate building, specifically Flat No. 205B. You’ll find us on MLA Road in the Palachuvadu area of Kakkanad, Kochi. Meticulous Builds Private Limited is basically just a small group of us working out of this space in Ernakulam. It’s a quiet enough spot, though the traffic on the main road can get a bit much during rush hour. We spend most of our time looking over site plans and making sure all the administrative stuff is in order. Being in Kerala, we have to deal with the long monsoon seasons, which definitely changes how we plan our work. We aren't a huge firm with a lot of fancy titles. It's more of a hands-on environment here. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to use a lot of big words to explain it. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting at the computer. The office has a few desks and some chairs for when visitors come by. We like being in Kochi because everything we need is close by. It’s a good place to be based. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to keep things moving along steadily. There's always plenty to do, and we just take it one day at a time. It's a simple operation, run by people who live right here in the community.
