Methiri Developers Private Limited is based out of Door No.7/191 in Methiri P O. We’ve been around here for a while now, just doing the work that comes our way. Mostly it’s about figuring out how to get things built without too much trouble. It isn't always easy dealing with the paperwork or the weather, but we manage. People know where to find us in Methiri if they need a hand with a project. It started out small, just a couple of us trying to make sense of the building trade, and it’s grown a bit since then. We spend most of our mornings checking on materials and making sure the guys on site know what the plan for the day is. Sometimes we run behind schedule because that’s just how construction goes, but we try to be straight with people. There are no fancy offices here, just a desk and some chairs where we talk through the blueprints. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on top of the details. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just want to do right by the folks who hire us. If you walk past the post office, you’re basically right there. We like being part of the local community here in Methiri and seeing the buildings actually go up after all the planning. It’s practical work, and that’s why we like it.
