MECONE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of building number XI 447 A1 and A2 in the Manath Building. We are located in Thrikkakara P.O., which is over in Cochin, Ernakulam. Being in a place like Cochin means we are always in the middle of a lot of activity. Construction contracting is what we do, so we are often dealing with various sub-contractors and suppliers to get jobs finished. Our office is a place where we do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to the numbers and the schedules. It can get pretty loud and hectic sometimes, especially when multiple projects are happening at once. We don't have a lot of time for corporate meetings or polished reports. We’d rather be out at the site seeing the progress for ourselves. Thrikkakara is a good location for us because it lets us reach different parts of Ernakulam fairly easily, though the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. We’ve got a small team, and we all pitch in to get things done. Whether it’s ordering more cement or checking on the electrical work, there is always something that needs attention. We just try to stay organized and keep the work moving forward without making a big fuss about it. It’s just how we run our business every day, and we seem to get by okay.
