This is Marco Developers Private Limited. Our office is located at 6349, 1-F in Shalimar Chambers. It is right there by Convent Junction in Kochi. If you know Kochi, you know it's a busy place with a lot of traffic. We like being in the middle of it all though. We spend our time working on different development projects around the city. It’s mostly just us trying to keep everything organized. Between the paperwork and the site visits, there isn't much time for anything else. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of people, just a local outfit trying to do good work. Sometimes we run into problems with supplies or the schedule slips a bit, but we always try to sort it out. That's just how the building business is. We’ve been at this for a while and we have seen a lot of changes in Kochi. Our office in Shalimar Chambers is where we do all the thinking and planning. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We aren't here to promise anything impossible. We just build things and try to make sure they are done properly. It's a simple way to run things, but it works for us. If you’re around Convent Junction, that’s where you’ll find our sign. We are usually there from Monday to Saturday working on something or other to keep things moving along for the business.
