Manara Developers is based out of Manikinar. We work from the Manalumparayil house, which has been our base for quite some time. It’s a quiet area, and we like it that way. Most of what we do involves land and small development projects around here. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We deal with a lot of paperwork and local permits, which can take forever. Sometimes the weather stops us for days, but we catch up when it clears. We’ve got a small crew that knows the terrain well. Dealing with land in this part of the country requires some local knowledge about the soil and the water. We don't spend much on advertising. Most of our work comes from people we've known for years in the community. It’s about being around when someone has a question about a plot or a building plan. We stay busy with various small tasks throughout the week. The office at 69/5 SY NO 117/IA312-50 is where we keep all our maps and files. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. People here value honesty and a job that gets finished on time. We do our best to meet those expectations every day. It's just us working hard in Manikinar. We don't mind the long hours much.
