Our office is Building No. 12/418-Bpanangad, right in the Panangad area. We are building designers and builders. It is a small place where we do all our drawing and planning. There is a large table in the center where we spread out the blueprints. We have some old computers that sometimes take forever to load. The windows look out onto the local street. Panangad is a nice place to work because it’s not as noisy as the main city. We have a few samples of wood and stone sitting on the shelves. Most of our day is spent either drawing or visiting sites to see how the construction is going. We don't have any fancy decorations in the office. It is just a place to work. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to ask for advice on their own small repairs. We don't mind. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. The floor is usually covered in bits of paper and pencil shavings. We have been doing this for a long time now. We don't have a big sales team. It is just us. We like the feeling of designing a house and then seeing it actually get built. The building 12/418-B is where we spend most of our lives. It is a simple, honest business. We just try to make things that look decent and stay standing for a long time. It is what we know how to do best.
