Lims Constructions is out in Muvattupuzha, specifically the Thevarcadu area. Our place is called Madathiparambil. Ernakulam is a very busy district, but Muvattupuzha has a bit more space for us to breathe. We handle construction projects for people around here. It’s mostly just straightforward building work. We don't go in for all those fancy slogans you see on billboards or the internet. We think it’s better to just show people what we can do with bricks and mortar. The office isn't very big, but it serves us well for planning out the week and keeping the receipts. We have a small crew and we’ve all been working together for a long time. It feels more like a family than a corporation most days. Sometimes the work is hard on the back, but seeing a building come together is a good feeling. We know the local suppliers and we know which sand is best for the cement mix. It’s those little things that matter when you’re building in this humid climate. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Kerala. We just want to do enough work to keep everyone paid and keep our customers satisfied with what we build. If you come by Thevarcadu, you’ll probably see us loading up the truck or talking to a client about their roof. It’s a simple life, but we like the work we do.
