LEXA CONSTRUCTION SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is based in the Heavenly Plaza building. We are up on the first floor in Flat No. KS 1. It’s right in the Vazhakkala area of Kakkanad, which is a pretty busy part of Ernakulam. Being in this location makes it easy for us to reach different parts of the city for our construction projects. Our office is usually filled with the sounds of people talking and the hum of the air conditioner. We handle a lot of different construction services, from small repairs to bigger building projects. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We’re a smaller team that cares about finishing the work we start. You won't find any corporate mission statements on our walls. We just want to do a job that we can be okay with at the end of the day. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork or to make sure the schedule for the next morning is set. It’s not always easy, and construction can be a real headache with all the permits and delays. But we’ve been at it for a while and we know how to handle the ups and downs.
