LANA NIS CONTRACTING PRIVATE LIMITED is based at 937, Shybu Bhavan. We are located on Moolepadam Road in Kanayannur, Ernakulam. The office is in a building that feels like part of the neighborhood. It’s not some glass tower in the city center. We do contracting work, so our days are mostly spent on the move. We visit sites all over Ernakulam. The traffic can be a real headache, especially during the monsoon. Moolepadam Road is usually busy with local people. We have a small office setup where we keep our records and handle the admin side of things. It’s nothing fancy, just a few chairs and desks. Most of the real work happens out where the buildings are going up. Our staff are practical people who know how to get things done on a construction site. We have a lot of conversations about materials and workers. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks at once. We like being in Kanayannur because it’s a bit away from the main city rush but still close enough to get everywhere. We usually start our day early with a cup of tea and a look at the schedule. There is always something that needs attention, whether it's a delivery delay or a change in a plan. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a busy life, but we like the work.
