Our office is located at 56/2142, which is 11E in the Mather The Greatorchard building. It is a well-known spot because we are quite near the Passport Office in Panampilly Nagar. That part of Ernakulam gets very crowded during the day, especially with all the people coming and going for their documents. We have been in this spot for a bit. It’s a 682020 pin code area. We usually start the day early before the traffic really kicks in. Living and working in Kerala means you get used to the busy streets. The office itself is just a standard space where we handle all the building stuff. We have a small team. Most of the time we are either on the phone or looking at some plans. Panampilly Nagar is a good place to be because everything is close by. You can find lunch or coffee just a few steps away. We like the Greatorchard building because it is easy to tell people where to go. "Near the Passport Office" is the easiest way to describe it. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, but we don't mind the wait. It gives us a chance to chat with others in the building. We just do our work and go home. There is no big secret to how we run things. We just stay organized and try to get through the list of tasks every week.
