K.I.P Builders And Developers Privatelimited has its office in the Kavikunnel Building, which is right there in Mekkadampu near Muvattupuzha. Specifically, we are in building number V/308/A. We are a local team that handles building and development work in this part of the state. Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough supplies for the week. It’s a practical business, and we don't try to dress it up. If you come by the office, you’ll probably see a lot of site maps and maybe a few muddy boots by the door. That is just the nature of what we do. We have been working around Muvattupuzha for quite a while, so we know the local terrain pretty well. Our staff is mostly made up of people from around here who know the value of a solid day's work. We don't go in for big promises or fancy talk. We just look at what needs to be built and we figure out the best way to do it with what we have. Sometimes the days are long, especially when we are trying to finish a phase before the monsoon hits. But seeing a structure finally standing tall makes the effort worth it. We are just a bunch of regular people who happen to be good at building things for our community.
