You can find us at Karothukudy Constructions Private Limited over on SRM Road in Kaloor. Our office is in the V M Muhammed Iqbal Building, specifically at 43/2741. It’s a busy area of Ernakulam, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now, and the building has seen better days, but it’s home to us. Most of our work involves heading out to different sites across Ernakulam-682017 to check on how the concrete is setting or if the walls are going up straight. We have a few desks squeezed into the room and a lot of old files from projects we finished years ago. People usually just call us or walk in if they are in the neighborhood. We don’t do much advertising because the word usually gets around when we finish a job. It’s just us and the crew, trying to stay on top of the schedule even when the weather doesn't cooperate. Kaloor is a central spot, which helps when we need to pick up supplies or meet with subcontractors. We deal with all the usual headaches of construction, like permit delays and rising material costs, but we keep showing up every morning at 9:00 AM. It’s not always pretty, and the office gets dusty, but we like seeing a building actually take shape from the ground up.
