You can find Mir Realtors on the second floor of the M M Building. We are right on Kalabhavan Road, near the Town Hall in Ernakulam. It is a busy area, especially when there is something going on at the Town Hall. The office is pretty basic with just some desks and a lot of files. We deal with property and land around Kerala. We have been here for a long time. It is not a fancy office with big signs. Most people just find us through word of mouth. The building itself is older, but it is sturdy. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who want to buy or sell houses. Parking is a real pain on this road, so we usually tell people to come early. There is a tea shop downstairs where we often go for a break. It is a good place to hear the local gossip. We do not have a big team, just a few of us working together. Ernakulam is a fast-growing place, so there is always plenty of work to do. We just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork. It is a steady pace most days. The office stays cool enough with the fans on. We do not really do any big marketing. We just stay in our spot in the M M Building and help people out.
