We are based at Kaithappathalil House in Nettoor, specifically at number 27/80. Some people still know the old building number, which was 18/403. It's a family-run sort of place under the name Kaithapathalil Constructions Llp. Being in Ernakulam, things are always moving fast, but here in Nettoor, it feels a bit more grounded. The house serves as our main office, so it has a very personal feel to it. You won't find any corporate cubicles here. Instead, there are just rooms filled with files and some old wooden tables where we discuss our construction projects. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know the ground and the local climate pretty well. Our work is mostly focused on various types of construction around Ernakulam. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or try to sound like a massive firm. It’s just us, working on buildings and making sure things are done right. Often, you’ll find some of the family members sitting around talking about the next phase of a job. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things.
