JVMODERN CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place, JVMODERN CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED, is tucked away in Ponnore, right at Elavathingal House. We are on Kallora Road in Thrissur, and it’s a fairly quiet part of Kerala compared to the city centers. Most of the people around here know us by name rather than the full company title. We do a lot of local building work, mostly around the 680552 area. The office is basically a room in the house where we keep the computer and the site plans. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s usually someone drinking tea and talking about the price of bricks. We spend most of our time out on the road, checking on projects or meeting with workers at different sites. The roads around here can be a bit narrow for the big delivery trucks, which is always a bit of a headache to manage. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the houses we build are solid and that the people are happy to move in. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or water issues at the sites, but that’s just life in Thrissur. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice to make sure nothing was missed during the day’s labor.
