We are located on the third floor of the Pathayapura Building, right there in Round South, Thrissur. It’s a busy part of town, which makes it easy for us to stay connected with what’s happening around the city. JROY Strategic Solutions is basically just a group of us working on various business problems and strategies for people who come in. We’ve been at Door No 25/395/35 for a bit now. Sometimes the elevator is slow, but the office itself is decent enough for what we do. We spend a lot of time looking at data and trying to figure out the best way for things to run smoothly. Thrissur is a good place to be based because there’s always something going on in the market here. We don’t really go for big flashy signs or anything like that. Most of our day is spent at our desks or in small meetings. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic around the Round, but we’re used to it. We just try to provide sensible solutions that actually work in the real world. Not everything is a big success right away, but we keep at it until we find a way through. It’s practical work.
