Jova Builders And Interiors Private Limited is based out of Building No 413/12Thoppil House,Chakkupalam P O. It is a quiet place and we like it that way. We do a mix of building houses and fixing up the insides of them. Working from Thoppil House makes the whole business feel a bit more like a family thing, which I guess it is. We have our samples and catalogs spread out on the dining table most of the time. Chakkupalam is a nice area and most of our projects are within a short drive from here. We aren't some big corporate company from the city. We are just local people who know how to handle wood and cement. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the dust and the tile samples, but that is just part of the job. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers trying to get the right materials delivered. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets stressful, but we manage to get through it. We don't talk in fancy marketing terms. If you want a wall painted or a kitchen renovated, we just tell you how it is and what it will cost. We take our time to make sure things are done right. That is pretty much our daily life here at the office.
