Jose Thomas Constructions LLP is located at 13/264, Choice House on P V Sreedharan Road in Kanayannur, Ernakulam. We are right in the heart of things here in Kerala. Our office in Choice House is where we coordinate all the different construction jobs we have going on. Construction is a tough business, and we have been at it for a long time. We aren't interested in making ourselves sound more important than we are. We are just builders who know how to get a job done. P V Sreedharan Road is a busy place, and our office is usually a hub of activity with workers coming and going. We don't have a lot of expensive furniture or a high-tech setup. Most of what you will see in our office is stacks of plans and samples of tiles or bricks. We spend most of our time out in the field because that is where the real work happens. Kanayannur is our home base, and we know the local conditions well, which helps when we are planning a new build. Sometimes the heat or the rain makes things difficult, but we just keep pushing forward. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to build houses and buildings that stand up and look decent. It is a straightforward way of doing business, and it has worked for us for years.
