Jinan Developers India Private Limited is based out of the Pallathukadaviil House in Chowara. We are on the first floor at VI/534, which is in the Sreemoolanagaram area of Ernakulam. Since our office is in a house, the whole atmosphere is a bit more relaxed than what you would find in a big city office building. We have the upper floor set up for our work, and it is where we do all the planning and paperwork. Ernakulam is a place that never stops growing, and being out in Chowara gives us a little bit of quiet away from the main rush. We spend a lot of our time driving to various spots to see how the work is progressing. The traffic in this part of Kerala can be a real headache, so we have to plan our site visits very carefully to avoid getting stuck for hours. We aren't a huge firm with a lot of staff. When people call, they usually talk to us directly. We handle everything from the initial drawings to managing the labor and material deliveries. Sometimes we are sitting here late into the night trying to finish a quote or a plan. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big budget for marketing. We just rely on the projects we have already finished to show people what we are capable of doing. It is a lot of physical and mental effort.
