Jayaraj Lifespace Private Limited is based out of the Surami Plaza Building, right near Fort Maidan. If you know the area, it’s the first floor, specifically Room 18/5, though they recently changed the numbering to 23/1165. We’ve been around this part of town for a bit, dealing with different types of living spaces and buildings. It’s a small team here. We don’t really do the whole big corporate thing. It’s more about sitting down, figuring out what a space needs, and getting it sorted. Sometimes the office is quiet, other times it’s a mess of papers and phone calls. We deal with a lot of local folks who just want something decent built or managed. The building we’re in is pretty easy to find once you get to the Fort Maidan area. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people want their homes or offices to look lately. It’s interesting to see what sticks and what doesn’t. We just try to keep up with the work as it comes in. Most of our days are just filled with the regular routine of checking on things and making sure no one is waiting too long for an answer. It’s a practical way to run a business, I think. We don’t spend much on flashy stuff or expensive ads. We’d rather just focus on the projects we have on our hands right now and make sure they get finished. It's just a few of us trying to do a decent job for our neighbors.
