In-Fine Builders Private Limited

Our place is on the third floor of the Maria Arcade. The address is 43/465A6 on Chathangattu Road in Palarivattom. In-Fine Builders Private Limited isn't some huge operation with a glass building. We just have this office space where we get our work done. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things are slow. Palarivattom is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. We do a lot of our meetings right here in this office. It’s not super organized, but we know where everything is. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors and checking on how the builds are going. We don't use a lot of fancy software or have a marketing department. We just rely on the work we do. People come to the Maria Arcade to find us when they have a project in mind. We’ve got some old samples in the corner and a lot of empty tea cups usually. It is a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We are just local builders who have been around Chathangattu Road long enough to know the neighborhood. We don't make big promises or use a lot of corporate talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a simple way of running things, and it keeps us busy enough. We don't have fancy lights or a big lobby. It's just a room where work happens.
