Igen Properties Llp

Igen Properties Llp is based out of Kakkanad, specifically in the Puravankara Eternity complex in Athani. Our unit is E-1704. It is a big residential area, so it feels different from a typical downtown office. We like being in this part of Kochi. It is close to a lot of the tech parks, but it still has its own vibe. The office itself is where we handle all the property stuff. It is mostly computer work and taking calls. We do not have a big sign out front or a lobby. It is just our workspace where we sit and get things done. We spend a lot of time checking on things and making sure the numbers add up correctly. The traffic in Kakkanad can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we are usually wrapped up by then. It is a small group of us here. We have all been in the property business for a few years now. We know how things work in Ernakulam and the surrounding areas. It is not always smooth sailing. There are delays and issues with permits, but we just work through them. We do not use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them how it is. Being in a building like Puravankara Eternity means we see a lot of people coming and going. It is a lively place to be. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried in papers. That is just life in a real office. We are just here in Athani, doing our bit.
