Hilltree Spaces Private Limited

We work out of Chakos Towers on the third floor, right at Padma Junction on MG Road. It’s a busy part of Kochi, especially around Pullepady, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. Hilltree Spaces Private Limited is the name on our door, but we’re just a group of people who are into building and managing spaces. The office at 66/4132 is where we do all the organizing. It’s got a lot of files, a couple of computers, and usually a few maps of the Ernakulam area pinned to the walls. We don't spend all day in the office, though. Most of us are out and about, checking on sites or meeting with suppliers. Being on MG Road means we’re right in the middle of everything, which helps when we need to get across town quickly. We don't have any big, polished speeches about what we do. We just try to make sure that whatever we’re building or managing stays on track. It’s a lot of small details that most people don’t see, like checking the plumbing or making sure the permits are up to date. We’ve been around Kochi for a bit and we’ve seen how much the city is growing. We just want to do our part in that growth without making a big fuss about it. It's just normal work for us, and we try to be as practical as possible with every new project.
