HIGH RANGE DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of the Thaiparambil Building, which is on AM Road in Cherukunnam. To be more specific, it’s 14/118 B, Asamannur P.O., Perumbavoor, in the Ernakulam district. We’ve been in this part of Kerala for quite a while now. The office is right on the main road, so it’s easy to get to, though the traffic in Perumbavoor can be a bit much during the day. We do a lot of development work around here. It’s not always easy, what with all the regulations and the changing weather, but we keep at it. Our building, the Thaiparambil Building, is a pretty standard place. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. We just have our office where we handle the day-to-day business of managing sites and talking to suppliers. Ernakulam is growing fast, and we see changes every day. We try to keep up with it all without losing our heads. Sometimes we have to drive quite a distance to check on a project, but we always end up back here at the office to finish the paperwork. We aren’t really interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. It is a straightforward way of living. If you’re ever passing through Cherukunnam, you’ll likely see our office open late into the evening most days. That is just how we manage our time.
