HAPPINESS PROJECTS BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in Kakkanad, right there at Mavelipuram. The name is a bit long, but we just focus on getting projects finished. We spend most of our time at the sites or in the office trying to figure out the next steps for a building. It's a busy part of town and there is always something new going up around us. We aren't a giant corporation, just a group that knows how to develop land and get houses built. The office at 14/413 is where we keep all our files and meet up in the mornings before heading out. Construction in Kakkanad moves fast, so we have to stay on our toes to keep things moving. We deal with laborers, suppliers, and everyone else who makes a building happen. It can be a lot of juggling sometimes, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or a delivery is late. We don't do much in the way of big speeches or flashy ads. We just work on our projects and try to make sure everything turns out okay. People know us in the neighborhood because we’ve been around for a while now. It’s just straightforward building work, day in and day out, making sure the foundations are deep and the walls are straight. We try to keep our clients updated, but mostly we are just hands-on with the actual construction work. It is what we know best and what we do every day.
