Hammer & Hand Infra Developers Private Limited is based out of the Poothaparambil Building in Pinarmunda. If you are looking for us, we are in the Peringala P.O. area of Kunnathunad, specifically at Jayesh P J’s place. It’s a local setup, nothing too flashy. We focus on infrastructure and development work around this part of the region. Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers or checking on materials at different sites. The office isn't always full because we prefer being out where the actual building is happening. Peringala is a decent place to work from, and being in Kunnathunad helps us stay close to the projects we care about. We started this because we saw a lot of things that needed building and thought we could do a practical job of it. It’s hard work, mostly involving logistics and managing various crews. We don’t really go in for big speeches or polished presentations. Instead, we just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic with weather or supply delays, but that is just how the construction business goes. We’ve been operating from this address for a while and the locals know who we are. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a living and get things built properly. If you pass by Pinarmunda, you’ll likely see some of our equipment or a few of the guys heading out to work early in the morning. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few people who know their way around a building site and want to do things right.
