Grosol Constructions is based out of the Panthalath House in Tholambra. We are in the Peravoor area of Kannur. Working from a house makes the whole business feel a lot more personal. Most of us are from around here, so we know the neighbors and the local shops. It’s not like a big city office where nobody knows each other. In Tholambra, word travels fast. We do a lot of local building and construction work. Our days involve a lot of travel to different sites around Kannur, checking on progress and making sure the crews have what they need. Sometimes we are at the house doing the accounting or planning out the next phase of a project. It’s a bit of a mix. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just have our tools, our experience, and the address at No 16/79. The hills around here are nice, but they make building a bit tricky sometimes. We’ve learned how to deal with the local soil and the rain over the years. It’s just honest, local work. We take pride in what we do, but we don't feel the need to shout about it. If you need something built in Peravoor, you probably already know where to find us. We just keep our heads down and get the job done as best we can.
