Our office is located in the Devayanam Building over in South Panampilly Nagar. The address is 60/2373 A, and it’s a pretty standard spot for a small business like ours. Golden Brick Developers & Designers Private Limited isn't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a local crew that focuses on getting things built right. Panampilly Nagar is a nice area, and we like being based here. It’s usually pretty busy around the office with people coming in to discuss their home designs or look at some material samples. We don't use big words to explain what we do. We just sit down with a coffee and talk about where the walls should go and what kind of roof would work best. It's a lot of practical thinking and trying to stay within a budget. Sometimes the drawings take longer than we want, and sometimes the rain stops the work on site, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't promise anything impossible. We just show up and do the work every day. The office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and site photos, but that’s because we’re actually working. We’ve been part of the local building scene for a while now and we know the people around here. It’s a simple life, focused on bricks and design, and we’re quite happy with that. We just keep moving forward with one project after another without any unnecessary fuss.
