Goldbourne Developers Private Limited

Goldbourne Developers Private Limited is located on the second floor of the Roma Marie Gold building. If you are looking for us you have to go to B-2 in that building on Papali Road. We are over in the Padamugal area of Kakkanadu. It is a decent spot to work from although the stairs can be a bit much if the elevator is acting up. Inside the office we have some basic furniture and a lot of files. Most of our work involves the local Ernakulam area and we spend a lot of time on the phone with various people. There is always a lot going on in the second floor hallway with people from the other offices coming and going. We keep our door open mostly to let a bit of air in. It is not a very fancy setup but it works for what we need to do. We usually start quite early and stay late if there is a lot of stuff to get done for a specific project. There is usually some coffee or tea sitting on someone's desk and a stack of newspapers from the morning. We do not have any big corporate signs or anything like that inside. It is just a regular office where we try to keep track of all the development details that come our way. We have been in this part of Kerala for quite some time now and we just get on with it.
