Down in Panampilly Nagar, you’ll find us at JC Chambers. We are on the third floor, unit V1683rd. This part of Kochi is always moving, and being at building number 60/49E puts us right in the middle of it. Fordi Infraprojects is essentially just a small group of us who handle various construction and infra projects. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. Our office is a functional space where we keep our records and meet with contractors. It’s on the third floor, so it’s a bit away from the street noise, which is good for when we need to concentrate. We spend a lot of hours here tracking progress and making sure the supplies are arriving on time at the sites. We don't have any polished sales pitches. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site photos. Panampilly Nagar has a lot of energy, and we enjoy working from here. Sometimes we meet clients at the office to go over the finer points of their projects. We just provide a seat and some plain talk about how things are going. It’s an honest living. We’ve worked hard to build our reputation in the local construction scene. It takes a lot of coordination to keep things moving on schedule, and this office is where all that effort starts. We just do our work and let the results speak for themselves in the community.
