Flairfab Infratech Private Limited

We run Flairfab Infratech Private Limited out of Poothara House. The address is 36/3164-B in Kathrikadavu, which is over in the Kaloor area of Kochi. It is a lively part of town, though the traffic on the main road can be a real headache some days. Our office is in an old building that has its own quirks, like a door that sticks when it is humid. We are a small team and we handle different kinds of infrastructure work around Ernakulam. It is not a glamorous life, mostly involves a lot of site inspections and dealing with various contractors. We do not have a big reception area or anyone to answer the phones for us. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. Most of our days are spent trying to keep projects on track. Kochi is always growing, so there is always something to do. We do not use any fancy corporate language or make big promises. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes things get delayed because of the monsoon, but we just work around it. It is a small local outfit and we like it that way.
