We are Emk Developers Private Limited and we work out of Nadackal. Our office is located at XIV/148 Chemmarappallil. It’s a quiet enough spot, which helps when we are trying to get through all the paperwork that comes with developing property. We’ve been at this for a while, mostly focusing on local projects here and there. Building stuff isn't always easy, and there are always some surprises when you start digging or clearing a site. We just take it day by day. The team is small, but we’ve all been in the trade for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to do our jobs and get home to our families. Most of our work involves coordinating with local contractors and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes the trucks are late, or the weather doesn't cooperate, but that is just part of the life. We don't have any slick sales pitches. We just show people what we’ve built and let that speak for itself. Being based in Nadackal means we are close to most of our active sites. It makes it easier to keep an eye on things. If you are looking for us, we are usually either at the office or out at a site nearby. We don't spend much on advertising because word travels fast in a place like this. It’s a simple business model, but it has worked for us so far.
