EMERALD MAGNUM BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS L

We are located right near the Highway Inn Restaurant over in Chiravakk. Our spot is No 200A, and it is pretty easy to find if you are driving through Taliparamba. EMERALD MAGNUM BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS L is basically just a group of us who know how to put buildings together. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials. Kannur can get pretty busy, and being near the highway means there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. We don't mind it much. It feels like we are in the middle of everything. Most of the time, our boots are a bit muddy from being out at the sites around Chiravakk. We don't have a fancy reception area with coffee machines. It is more about the desks covered in site reports and ledger books. We just want to make sure the walls go up straight and the roofs don't leak. It is practical work, and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we grab a quick meal at the restaurant next door when things get too hectic to cook or go home. We have been part of the Taliparamba area for a bit now at our office, which some people know as EMERALD MAGNUM BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS L LP. Just doing the construction and development work that needs doing is enough for us. We don't see the need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We build things, and we do it from our office here.
