We spend most of our days at the office in the Moopen Building, right near Companypady. It’s a busy spot but it works for us. Dzine Builders And Interiors Private Limited isn't a massive operation with fancy suits, just some people who know how to handle a construction site and fix up a room. We've been doing this for a while now. Most of our tools are kept in the back, and the front is where we sit down with folks to look at drawings or pick out materials. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because that's just how this business goes. If you come by looking for us, you’ll probably see a few of us drinking tea and going over the schedule for the next week. We handle the structural stuff and the inside work too, so it keeps us moving. It isn't always perfect, sometimes the weather slows us down or a delivery is late, but we just deal with it and keep going. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth in this area is usually enough to keep the phone ringing. It’s mostly about getting the job finished so the next person can move in or start their own work. We like being based here at Door No Xvii 706/F. It’s easy for people to find us. We don’t have any grand speeches about our vision, we just want to get the walls up and the paint dry so everything looks right in the end.
