DU-ASTRAL CONSTRUCTION & MAINTANENCE PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Nisha Manzil, which is in the Kallampara area of Feroke. We’re right by Perumugham P.O., and we’ve been here since we started. Our work is a mix of construction and maintenance, which basically means we never have a boring day. One minute we’re talking about a new building project and the next we’re trying to figure out how to fix a leaking roof or a broken gate. It’s a lot of juggling, but we like it that way. The office at 14/129/A is small and tucked away, which suits us just fine. We’re a local crew and we know most of the people around here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us and our tools and a lot of sketches. Construction can be a tough business with all the delays and the weather, but we just keep pushing through. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a group of workers who know how to build and maintain things. We spend a lot of time on the road, going from one site to another, so if you come by the office and we’re not there, we’re probably just out working. We just try to do the job right, even if it’s just a simple repair. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy, which is all we can really ask for. We’ve been here in Kallampara for years.
