Our company, Dreamour Developers Private Limited, is located right on the NH Bypass in Kochi. You can find us on the second floor of the Kannakada Building, which is really close to the Holiday Inn. Being in this part of Ernakulam means things are always moving fast around us. We work on developing different projects in the city and the nearby areas. It’s a busy office but we make sure to take the time to talk through every detail with people who walk in. Managing property and development projects takes a lot of patience. We deal with the land side of things and the planning part too. Sometimes the traffic on the bypass makes getting around a bit of a challenge, but we manage. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of people, just a team trying to do things right in Kochi. People often stop by because they see our sign while driving towards the bypass. We handle the bits and pieces of property work that most people find confusing. It’s basically about making sure the space is used well and the documents are in order. We’ve been at this building for a bit now and it suits us. If you’re near the Holiday Inn, you’ve probably passed us plenty of times already. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work in front of us, making sure everything is done right and on schedule.
