Devadar Building Care Private Limited

If you are in Maradu, you might have seen the Muttath Building. That’s where Devadar Building Care is located. We are right there at 3/278 in Kannadikkadu. It’s a pretty easy landmark because we are right opposite Nairs Hospital. It’s a busy part of Ernakulam, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around. We mostly deal with looking after buildings and making sure everything stays in good shape. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s necessary for the owners. We deal with all sorts of issues, from leaks to general maintenance. Being across from the hospital means we see a lot of activity every day. Our office is just a regular room with some desks and a lot of files. We try to be available when people have an emergency with their property. Maradu is growing fast, so there are always new buildings going up and old ones needing help. We’ve been at this address for some time now. We know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the guys are out all day at different sites across Ernakulam. It’s a lot of driving back and forth in the heat. We don't use fancy slogans or marketing tricks. We just show up and fix what needs fixing. It’s a simple business model that seems to work for the people around here who know our name.
