Creatrix Developers Private Limited is located on the first floor of the Nalinam building, which is tucked right behind Bavens Studio on MG Road. If you know Ernakulam, you know how hectic MG Road can be at almost any hour of the day. Our spot is No. 40/8871, and it's a bit of a relief to step inside from the noise outside. We’ve been operating from here for some time now, mostly focusing on development projects around the city. The office isn't anything too special, just some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of drawings and paperwork that never seem to go away. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different spots checking on how things are going. Being in this part of town makes it easy for people to find us, though parking is always a bit of a headache. The staff here are mostly local folks who grew up around Ernakulam. We don’t really have a big corporate setup; it’s more of a place where we get together to figure out the day’s tasks. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but usually, we try to wrap things up so we can get home before the evening traffic gets really bad. It’s just how we do things here, keeping it straightforward and working on whatever project is currently on the table for us.
