CREATORS BUILDWARE LLP is based at IV/7, AAKuriekal House in Paruthelipalam. It’s a bit of a mix between an office and a storage space for all the buildware supplies we handle. We’ve been at this location for a good while, and it’s where we coordinate all our deliveries and orders. Paruthelipalam is a decent area for us because we can get to the main construction zones without getting stuck in too much traffic most days. The office is part of the Kuriekal House property, so it feels more like a home-based business than a corporate headquarters. We have piles of catalogs and samples for things like tiles, pipes, and other hardware scattered around. Most of our day is spent on the phone with contractors or checking the inventory to see what needs to be restocked. It can get pretty loud when the trucks are loading or unloading out front. We aren't a massive operation, just a handful of people who know their way around building materials. We try to be fair with the prices and honest about when things will actually arrive, though the suppliers sometimes let us down. It’s a lot of dusty work and moving heavy items around, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep the doors open and take the orders as they come in from the local builders.
