COZMARK BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located at Puthenveettil in Kakkanad, right near the PO at X-74/1. Kakkanad has become such a busy and crowded part of the city lately with all the new buildings and people moving in. Our office isn't a polished corporate suite. It feels more like a home because it actually is one, which makes it easier to sit down and talk to people when they drop by. Construction in a place like Kochi is fast-paced and can be quite stressful. We are constantly running around trying to get the right permits or checking on the steel and sand supplies. The heat here can be brutal during the day, and the rain makes it even harder when you are trying to get the foundation work finished. We don't have a team of sales people to handle inquiries. It is just us doing the actual work and answering the phones. We try to be as practical as we can with every project. If a plan doesn't seem right for the land, we will say so plainly. We don't believe in making things sound better than they really are just to get a contract. Most of our days are spent on small details that most people never see, like fixing plumbing issues or chasing a delivery truck. It is hard work, but we like seeing a project finally reach the end.
